For a period of time, our patrol sergeant was keeping track of all of our call statistics and sending them out to us - so we could see our productivity. You will see in many of my quarterly reports, even though I had a lot going on in my life (divorce, death, and discipline) - I was still very productive. I was still handling my calls in a thorough manner and making solid arrests.
